Informed consent, age between 18 and 85 years, sufficient level of Polish language, access to the internet and smartphone, willingness to participate in two anonymous online surveys, willingness to participate in the 6-week self-help smartphone app intervention, willingness to use the self-help smartphone app at one' s own responsibility, willingness to leave an anonymous email address for the survey.
Exclusion criteria are: acute suicidality (measured with the PHQ-9 item 9, cut-off > 2).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome parameter will be the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE) measuring self-esteem (T0 and T1) to elicit the expression of self-esteem in the last week (at T0 and T1 after 6 weeks).
