1. Men or Women who age between 20-30 years
2. Body mass index 18.5-22.9 kg/m2
3. Healthy
4. No smoking and no drinking alcohol

Exclusion Criteria

1. Non-communicable diseases
2. AIDS
3. Fever
4. Tea allergy
5. Psychological problem
6. Pregnancy or lactation
