Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade I & II patient.
2. Age > 18 years & < 60 years.
3. Patients undergoing arthroscopic single knee surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal.
2. Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy.
3. Patients on beta-blockers.
4. Infection at the site of femoral nerve block.
5. Patients with liver and renal disease.
6. Allergy to local anaesthetics.
7. Patients with any bleeding disorders.
