1.Healthy male athletes aging 18-30 years.
2.Players practicing kabbadi at least 3 times in a week.
3.Players having an experience of at least 2 years in kabbadi.
1.Recreational players or players having participation in other game along side kabaddi.
2.Any present musculoskeletal injury or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle or back regions.
3.Uncooperative players or players unwilling to participate.
4.Players who have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorder/s.
5.Any history of recent surgery of back and lower limb.
