Bronchiectasis is a chronic inflammation or infection of the bronchial tubes. The bronchial mucosa&#039
s destruction leads to the deterioration of bronchial wall and become a permanent aneurysm. There is also an increase in the number of goblet cells, resulting in mucus generated or sputum. As a result, patients frequently develop a chronic cough. Chest physiotherapy is the important adjuvant treatment to facilitate removal of airway secretions.

Inclusion Criteria

Participants who had confirmed diagnosis of bronchiectasis that was in stable phase, age between 20-80 years old, were referred to outpatient at Thammasat university hospital were included in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

Psychiatric disorders, cognitive disorders, progressive neurological or neuromuscular disorders, progressive musculoskeletal disorders, severe orthopedic problems that impact in activity in dairy life
