(1)Patients who have indicated for palatotonsillectomy for the treatment of IgA nephropathy as tonsillar focal disease.
(2) Patients who have indicated for palatotonsillectomy for the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis as tonsillar focal disease.
(3) Patients who have indicated for palatotonsillectomy with sleep apnea syndrome or enlarged palatine tonsils to relieve upper airway stenosis.
(1) Patients with enlarged tonsils due to neoplastic lesions such as malignant tumors (tonsil cancer, malignant lymphoma, etc.) and benign tumors (papilloma of the pharynx), or suspected patients
(2) Patients undergoing emergency palatotonsillectomy due to severe bacterial infection such as peritonsillar abscess and recurrent tonsillitis
(3) Other patients deemed inappropriate to participate in the study.
