Inclusion Criteria
1patient with active marital life more than 1 year but failed to conceive with at least one fallopian tube blockage diagnosed by HSG and by any other methods
2Patient suitable for Virechana Niruhabasti and Uttarabasti
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients having age group below 20 years and above 37 years
2 Patients having Carcinoma of reproductive tract
3 Patients having active inflammatory disease eg acute PID STD like HIV VDRL HBsAg HCV and TORCH positive
4 Patient having Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract
5 Patients having uncontrolled Hypertension DM and any other severe systemic disease
6 Women with Hb less than 7 gm%
7 Patients not suitable for Virechana Niruhabasti and Uttarabasti.
