- 18 Years to 35 Years (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Right-handed, 2. In good health, 3. No interproximal spaces and diastema, 4. No gingival recession or attachment loss, 5. Individuals with marginal bleeding in at least one interproximal location
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Individuals with any type of dental prosthesis, orthodontic appliances, or any other biofilm-retentive factor, 2. Individuals who have recently taken systemic antibiotics or antiseptic mouthwash within 3 months, 3. Those with systemic diseases that affect periodontal health such as diabetes, 4. Individuals allergic to chlorhexidine, 5. Pregnant and nursing women
