Inclusion Criteria

Term and post term pregnancy with cephalic presentation and adequate pelvis

Bishops score less than or equal to 6

Women with previous one caesarean section who wants trail of labour

High risk pregnancy Twins heart disease gestational diabetes mellitus hypertensive disorder of pregnancy intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy chronic kidney disease liver disease bad obstetrics history

Exclusion Criteria

Cephalopelvic disproportion.

Premature rupture of membranes.

History of myomectomy,classical caesarean section,and previous 2 caesarean section.

Malpresentation.

Placenta praevia.
