Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Being 20 years or older, have obesity with indication for bariatric surgery \[participants who have a body mass index \- BMI \- \> 50 kg/m²; participants who have BMI \> 40 kg/m², with or without comorbidities; or participants with a BMI \> 35 kg/m² and comorbidities (eg., high cardiovascular risk, diabetes mellitus, and/or difficult to control arterial hypertension, sleep apnea, degenerative joint diseases)]; be frequent in activities of Academia da Cidade (participation in at least one exercise class in the month before the beginning of data collect); have desire and willingness to participate in groups lasting six months or more, and be in the stages of change preparation with high self\-efficacy or action or maintenance to reduce weight, according to the Trans\-Theoretical Model (BRASIL, 2020b, in press).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Being pregnant and / or have cognitive difficulties that make it impossible to answer questionnaire
