Inclusion Criteria

Age from 20 to 60 years old. Both sexes. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I- II. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with hypertension. Pregnant women. Obese patients with BMI >35 kg/m2. Alcoholics. Patients With DM Patient refusal

group A will receive oral GabapentinGabapentinPatients included in this group will receive 600 mg of gabapentin 2 h before surgery.
group B will receive diclofenac sodiumDiclofenac SodiumPatients included in this group will receive 100 mg diclofenac sodium 2 h before surgery.
