Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Healthy male and female volunteers between the ages of 19 and 45 who have poor subjective sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score \>5\).

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Diagnosed with insomnia
  • \- Possibility of drug\-induced sleep disorders due to current intake of medication (e.g. corticosteroids, statins)
  • \- Had taken sleeping pills (e.g. Zolpidem, Benzodiazepines) during the past 2 months
  • \- Diagnosed with any major medical or neurological disorders assessed during medical history taking, physical examination, or laboratory tests
  • \- Having neurological abnormalities or any disorders that may affect brain MR imaging (e.g. history of penetrating or open head injury, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, brain tumor, or cerebrovascular disorder)
  • \- Diagnosed with any axis 1 psychiatric disorders
  • \- History of traumatic brain injury with loss o
  • \- Any contraindications to MRI (e.g. clasutrophobia, metallic device)
  • \- Planning for pregnancy during the period of study participation, currently pregnant or breastfeeding
