Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 18 and 65 years of age with chronic low back pain who have completed the free Term informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals undergoing previous surgical procedures of the spine or with clinical symptoms of neural compression. Patients with any other pathology that could cause referred pain in the spine or any specific cause of pain; such as fractures; tumor or infection.

Name Time Method This study tends to analyze the effectiveness of exercises primer for Treatment and Prevention of Low Back Pain and compare the results in patients who underwent assisted protocol with those who underwent the same protocol at home, after orientation, but without attendance monitoring during exercise . Thus, observing has improved pain and / or quality of life in both groups.
