Inclution criteria: ability to read and write; lack of psychiatric Diseases, lack of Medical Ailments, Aged Between 18-50 years Ago. lack of experience of crisis situation in Last six mounth. Exclusion criteria included: failure to participate in more than one training session; failure to do home exercises was more than one session
