Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancies of 24\-32 weeks' gestational age
- •Severe preeclampsia according ACOG criteria
- •Spontaneous preterm delivery 24\-32 weeks' gestational age in patients with uncomplicated previous medical history
Exclusion Criteria
- •Absence of lethal fetal congenital anomalies
