Building on Promising Early Results
The BIOFRONT trial builds on compelling data from two prior clinical studies led by Dr. Sumanta Kumar Pal, MD, FASCO at City of Hope (搜索). In these studies, earlier formulations of the product were combined with nivolumab and ipilimumab or with cabozantinib and nivolumab, demonstrating statistically significant improvements in response rates and progression-free survival without added toxicity.

Trial Design and Timeline
The Phase 3 randomized, double-blind study will enroll approximately 700 patients across up to 150 SWOG sites in the United States.
