The phase 3 TiNivo-2 (search) trial has revealed that combining nivolumab with tivozanib does not improve outcomes compared to tivozanib monotherapy in patients with immuno-oncology (IO)-refractory clear cell renal cell carcinoma (search) (RCC), according to data presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology (search) Congress 2024.
