- Male
入选标准
- •Male individuals, aged between 18 and 35 years old, without distinction of education levels or other sociodemographic characteristics will be selected; with absence of cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, orthopedic diseases and neurological, muscular, cognitive deficit that make it impossible to understand the evaluation or verbal commands.
排除标准
- •Individuals who present intolerance or allergy after supplementation will be excluded; Failure to follow directions given in advance of each experimental session; refuses to take supplementation; have difficulty adapting to the protocol; have more than six absences during the intervention period (corresponding to 25% of the total number of sessions in the 8 weeks of intervention.
