入选标准
- •1.Elderly subjects above 60 years with increased pulse pressure (more than 50mmhg).
- •2.The subject is expected to stay within driving distance of study for at least 5 months.
排除标准
- •1. Subjects with systolic blood pressure more than 159mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 99mmHg.
- •2.Patients with diabetes, CVS disorders, renal disorders and pulmonary disorders.
- •3.Subjects having habit of smoking, chewing tobacco and alcoholic.
- •4.Inability to cooperate with deep breathing and valsalva maneuver.
- •5.Pulmonary difficulties associated with hyperventilation including acute upper respiratory infection.
- •6.Musculoskeletal or neurologic problems
- •7.Subject refusal.
