- •disease according to NINCDS- ADRDA
- •2.Patients without any other probable or possible causes of
- •3.Patients who has done at least primary education up to

- •1. Patients with any kind of kidney disorders
- •2. Early onset of a focal seizure suggests
- •3. Previous or ongoing depression
- •4. Early prominent gait disturbance with only mild memory
- •5. Resting tremor with stooped posture
- •6. When dementia occurs after a well-established
- •diagnosis of PD
- •7. The early appearance of Parkinsonian features in
- •association with fluctuating alertness, visual
- •hallucinations, or delusional misidentification suggests
- •8.Chronic alcoholism
- •9.Vitamin B12 deficiency
- •10.Chronic drug intoxication.
- •11.Dementia with any other explainable cause
