•The patient who are having classical sign symptoms of parikartika like constipation
•,perianal itching, anal pain, sphincter spasm, burning sensation ,anal canal and per
•rectal bleeding
•Both acute and chronic fissure in ano will be taken
•Patient having fissure in ano from more than 6 week duration will be taken as chronic
•Patient willing to participate in clinical trial/study with written consent

•Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension,
•malignancy, HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients.
•Patient diagnosed with internal piles,
•Patient diagnosed with fistula in ano
•Diagnosed case of crohnâ??s disease
•Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum, Rectal prolapse,will be excluded.
•Pelvic pathology and Pregnancy.
•Patient not willing to participate in the clinical trial/study or written consent
