- •Patients posted for craniotomy in sitting position
排除标准
- •Patients with severe cardiac & renal disease
- •Patients with proven ASD/VSD on TEE
- •Orthodeoxia
- •Patients with ventriculo-atrial shunts
- •Patients already diagnosed with patent foramen ovale or diagnosed intraoperatively by TEE
