- •3.Patients with bilateral inguinal hernia
- •4.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair by Transabdominal Preperitoneal approach only.

- •1.Underwent previous laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair
- •2.Medically unfit for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair due to high risk from cardiovascular , respiratory illness
- •3.Laparoscopic extraperitoneal approach
