•Inclusion criteria for online survey:
•- Age 18 to 67 years, any gender
•- Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
•- Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH
•- Declaration of consent is available
•Inclusion criteria for semi-structured qualitative interviews for health coaches:
•- Age 18 to 67 years, any gender
•- Nursing staff with active caring professional activity at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
•- Participation in the BGF programme (at least one component) of the provider Hanseartes LIFE Gesellschaft für berufliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH
•- Completed training as a health coach as part of the BGF programme
•- Declaration of consent is available
•Inclusion criteria for semi-structured qualitative interviews for managers:
•- Age 18 to 67 years, any gender
•- Employees of the ward management or nursing centre management (activity in ward organisation, duty rostering etc.) at the
•Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin
•- Declaration of consent is available

•- Participation in intervention studies
•- Expected lack of compliance with regard to study participation (e.g. notification of not wanting to answer any further questions; limitation of general compliance ability)
•- Insufficient knowledge of the German language

•- No skills or ability to operate or use tablets, computers or smartphones independently
