入选标准

  • Residents of a geriatric facility
  • - Acceptance of the procedure (mask breathing).
  • - Voluntary participation and signing of the informed consent

排除标准

  • - Symptoms of severe dementia that limit participation in the study (low compliance of participants)
  • - Cardiovascular disease such as untreated hypertension, coronary artery disease with unstable angina pectoris (CCS 3-4), severe heart failure (NYHA III-IV), and arrhythmias
  • - Untreated or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
  • - Pulmonary fibrosis
  • - Acute inflammatory diseases
  • - Need for continuous or intermittent ventilation and/or oxygenation
  • - Arterial oxygen saturation at rest of less than 93%.
  • - simultaneously participation in other interventions
