入选标准
- •All consecutive patients above 18 years of age with STEMI as per 4thuniversal definition of MI during the study period
排除标准
- •Patients below 18 years,
- •Patients not willing to give informed consent, Patients with life-threatening diseases like severe COVID 19 infection on ventilator,
- •Terminal malignancy,
- •Debilitating stroke and CKD patients on maintenance haemodialysis,
- •MI/PCI/CABG within past 14 days of STEMI admission,
- •Patients thrombolysed elsewhere,
- •Patients enrolled in any other research studies
