入选标准

  • Patients of either sex, in the age group of 3 years and above, ASA physical status I or II ,posted for elective surgery, who require general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation

排除标准

  • Age less than 3 years,patients cardiac disease, upper respiratory tract infection within the last 2 weeks, difficult airway requiring more than 3 intubation attempts, surgeries involving airway, absolute eosinophil count >1000mm3.
