- •1 Singleton live gestation
- •2 Gestational age between 37 0/7 to 41 6/7
- •3 After obtaining informed written consent
- •4 Women admitting in labour ( < 6cm cervical dilatation according to WHO)
排除标准
- •1 Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
- •2 Known medical disorders
- •3 Antepartum haemorrhage
- •4 Known epileptic patients
- •5 Known coagulopathies
- •6 Known hemoglobinopathies
- •Placental abnormalities
- •Known contraindications to study drugs
- •Women who are not willing to consent for the study
