入选标准
- •1. Persons older than 18 year old.
- •2. Close contact of tuberculosis patient (live in the same household at least 4 hours/wk with patient who had sputum AFB positive and/or sputum culture TB positive).
排除标准
- •1. Patient who had active pulmonary tuberculosis
- •- Symptoms and signs which made doctor suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis (hemoptysis, cough for 2 wks, fever, weight loss)
- •- sputum AFB or culture positive at least 1 time
- •- Chest x-ray showed pulmonary tuberculosis
- •2. Previous treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis
- •3. Immunocompromised status eg. receiving immunosuppressive agents or chemotherapy or underlying disease of immunocompromised status or cancer
