- •The study will be conducted in ASA 1 and 2 physical status adult patients.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Age less than 18 years
- •3. Coagulopathies
- •4. Hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •5. History of previous surgery in lumbar area
- •6. Localised infection at site if injection
- •7. Patients with paraplegia or parasthesia
- •8. Untreated fractures of spine
- •9. Lower extremity weakness
