•1.Cases will be selected randomly regardless of sex, occupation, and socioeconomic status.
•2.Patients between the age group of 20-60 years.
•3.Patients having clinical features of Gridhrasi as described in Carak Samhita.(pain and stiffness in lower back radiating to lower limb).
•4.The patients should full fill SLR positive at 40 degree or less and positive Lasegue test for Prolapsed inter vertebral disc.
•5.Patients having VAS score 3-8.
•6.Patients having Oswestry disability index 21-80%.

•1.Patients with back pain associated with traumatic injury to spine, inflammatory arthritis, infective arthritis, Monoplegia, Paraplegia.
•2.Patients Suffering with Cauda equina syndrome.
•3.Patients having associated Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, Malignant Hypertension, impairment of Liver functions, Malignancy, HIV-AIDS, G.I. disorders etc.
•4.Pregnant and lactating women.
•5.Patients having other complications.
