•1.Avabahuk diagnosed according to the classical signs and symptoms described in Ayurveda.
•2.Shoulder pain for at least 3 month and less than 12-month duration.
•3.Appreciable restriction of both active and passive motions with abduction and flexion not exceeding 90Âº and external rotation not exceeding 30Âº.
•4.Patients of both gender within the age group of 18 â?? 60 years.
•5.Weight at least 45kg.
•6.Patients with Hemoglobin of at least 12.5grams.
•7.100-140mmHg systolic ,60-90mmHg diastolic with or without medications
•Pulse 60-100/min regular.
•8.Afebrile 37Â°C/98FÂ°.
•9.All the patients who have not undergone either Siravedh or Blood Donation in the last 4 months.
•10.All the patients of Avabahuk that are fit for blood donation as per the guidelines of National blood transfusion council, ministry of health and family welfare. October 2017.

•1.Systemic diseases- Asthma, Myocardial infarction, Hypertensive Heart disease, Rheumatic Heart disease, epilepsy, schizophrenia, Orthostatic Hypotension, Insulin dependent or multi-organ complicated diabetes patient, Thyroid disease, Hepatitis, HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, Tuberculosis, Osteomyelitis, Pyelonephritis, Cystitis, Acid peptic disease.
•2.Autoimmune disorders -like Systemic lupus erythematosus, Scleroderma, Dermatomyositis, Ankylosing spondylitis or severe rheumatoid arthritis.
•3.Polycythaemia Vera, Bleeding disorders and unexplained bleeding tendency, Malignancy, severe allergic disorders, Haemoglobinopathies and red cell enzyme deficiencies with known history of hemolysis presented with Avabahuk as a complication.
•4.Patients with a history of fracture of the affected hand.
•5.Pregnancy and lactating women.
•6.Patients of end organ damage or secondary complication of cardiac, renal, eye or vascular system
•7.Patient history of giddiness, fainting.
•8.Patients who have neither the anti-hyper tensive drug or its dosage should have been altered in the last 28 days.
•9.HB more or equal to 12.5g/dL.
•10.Thalassemia trait may be accepted, provided hemoglobin is acceptable.
•11.Abortion within 6 month and during period of menstruation in female.
•12.Chronic suppurative tendinitis, incomplete rupture of supraspinatus tendon, subacromial bursitis and crack fracture of greater tuberosity
