- •Diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism on the basis of Serum TSH and T3 and T4 levels
- •Patient Serum TSH level above 4.5 mU/L
- •Total Serum T4 level less than normal value (4.5 to 12.5 ng/dl)
- •Total Serum T3 level less than normal value (80 to 220 ng/dl)
- •Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism
- •Age 20-60 years
- •Patients yogya for Virechana Karma

- •Uncontrolled hypertension
- •Myocardial Infarction
- •Cerebrovascular event
- •Cardiac arrhythmias
- •Active malignant disease
- •Patients Ayogya for Virechana Karma
