入选标准
- •1) patients who underwent aneurysm clipping after July 2008 at Ewha Womans University Medical Center
- •2) over 20 years old
- •3) patients who underwent aneurysm clipping under general anesthesia using propofol or desflurane
排除标准
- •patients who had other inhaled anesthesia besides desflurane,
- •had only an unruptured aneurysm without a SAH,
- •underwent coil embolization,
- •had received second operation like decompressive craniectomy or removal of intracerebral hematoma
- •had incomplete data.
