- •DHS fixation , Hip hemiarthroplasty ,Total hip arthroplasty

- •Patient refusal
- •Contraindications to regional anaesthesia
- •Known allergy to local aesthetics
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Inability to provide informed consent
