- •1.ASA GRADE 1&2
- •2.Age 18to 65years
- •3.both genders
- •4.patient undergoing elective and emergency surgery requiring general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.morbid obesity
- •2.full stomach/non fasted patient
- •3.hypertensive/IHD/valvular heart disease
- •4.moderate to severe ascites/hiatus hernia
- •5.mouth opening <2cm/oropharyngeal obstruction
- •6.patient refusal to participate in study
- •7.patient requiring endotracheal intubation,head neck surgery
- •8.long duration of surgery or requiring high inspiratory pressure in a poor lung complaince
