入选标准
- •? Prospectively Retrospective Group Inclusion Criteria:
- •1. Patients with pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, unclassified IBD) who have been diagnosed and treated, with documented medical records.
- •2. Patients diagnosed at or before the age of 18, including those who are currently over 18 years old.
- •? Prospective Group Inclusion Criteria:
- •1. Pediatric and adolescent patients aged 18 years or younger newly diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or unclassified IBD.
- •2. Patients who were diagnosed with the conditions mentioned in 1) before the study period and are currently under follow-up, starting a new biologic therapy.
- •3. ndividuals who have provided written consent for participation (parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory). Partial consent is allowed (e.g., providing only clinical information or specific samples).
排除标准
- •1. Behçet's disease.
- •2. In cases where there is a concern for bleeding or other complications during the collection of human-derived materials (intestinal tissue), exclusion from tissue collection will be determined by the joint decision of the institutional collaborators.
