•1. Criteria of Subjects inclusion: (1) According to IgAN western diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; (2) Lee's grade was I-III within 5 years of diagnosis; (3) Aged between 18 and 65; (4) Blood pressure =140/90mmHg; (5) Have not participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the last 3 months; (6) Sign informed consent.
•2. Criteria of healthy control group: (1) Patients with infectious diseases, serious underlying diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, mental diseases and history of malignant tumor were excluded; (2) There is no history of IgAN in the family history; (3) Aged between 18 and 65.

•(1) Serum creatinine > 265µmol/L, serum potassium > 5.3mmol/L and 24hUPQ> 3.5g/d; (2) Combined with primary glomerular diseases or secondary glomerular diseases mainly characterized by IgA deposition; (3) Combined with acute and chronic infectious diseases, serious underlying diseases, other rheumatic immune diseases, malignant tumors and mental diseases; (4) Pregnancy, lactation or recent birth plan; (5) Patients with allergic constitution or known allergy to the drugs used in the test; (6) Patients with indications for glucocorticoid treatment or who have used glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or biological agents in the last 6 months.
