- •The study includes patients in an age group of 25 to 40 who presented to our casualty sustaining open Tibia fractures within 6 hours of injury with Type II and III Compound fractures of Tibia (Gustilo and Anderson)

- •That are not included in inclusion criteria
- •age less than 25 and more than 40 are excluded.
