入选标准
- •Body Mass index (more than 25 Kg/m2)
- •Patients with cognitive deficits on Neuropsychological Tests
- •Age 20-50 years
- •Can read and write in Hindi or English
- •Willing to give consent to participate in the study and intend to follow up regularly.
排除标准
- •Pregnancy and lactation at the time of the study (or planning a pregnancy in the next year).
- •Acute infections and advanced end-organ damage.
- •Severe end-organ damage or chronic diseases: renal/ hepatic failure, any malignancy.
- •Any serious medical or psychiatric condition interfering with the intervention.
- •Participants showing possible cognitive decline on MMSE.

There will be an improvement in the cognitive scores.

The improvement in the psychological scores will be assessed

- There will be an improvement in psychological measures.(There will be an improvement in blood parameters.)
