- •1. Anticipated difficult airway, any pathology of neck e.g. mass, swelling, etc
- •2. Body mass index >35 kg/m square, Intrinsic lung disease
- •3. Active gastroesophageal reflux disease and patients at risk of aspiration
- •4. Cervical spine disease limiting neck movements
- •5. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery
