入选标准
- •Participants: Inclusion Criteria:
- •Inborn babies with gestational age equal to or more than 37 weeks
- •Diagnosis of MAS will be based on the following criteria
- •Delivery through MSAF
- •Development of respiratory distress within 4 hours after birth and persistence beyond 24 hours.
- •Chest X-ray showing features of infiltrations, hyperinflation and atelectasis.
- •Absence of any other cause to explain the respiratory distress.
- •Parents signing the informed consent.
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria:
- •Babies with major congenital anomalies
- •Babies with Meconium stained amniotic fluid without respiratory distress
- •New borns with Transient tachypnea of newborn (TTN), Hyaline membrane disease (HMD) , sepsis as initial diagnosis
