入选标准
- •1) Adults between the ages of 20 and 65 who have undergone cardiovascular procedures due to myocardial infarction and angina pectoris
- •2) Android smartphone users
排除标准
- •1) previous cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular surgery
- •2) Apple iPhone users or those who do not have a smartphone
- •3) difficulty in actively participating in sports due to brain disease, musculoskeletal disease, or other diseases
- •4) taking medication for mental illness such as depression or insomnia
- •5) difficulty in setting the exercise intensity by heart rate due to arrhythmia
- •6) difficulty in participating in the exercise program for other reasons
