入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Normotensive in evening before surgery PAC with no H/O hypertension
- •2.Patients of either sex, aged 20-50 years
- •3.Presence of elevated blood pressure i.e., SBP 120-150 mmHg or DBP 80-90 mmHg inside OT
- •4.Requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation for intraabdominal surgery
排除标准
- •1.Presence SBP more than 150 mmHg or DBP more than 90 mmHg inside OT
- •2.Laparoscopic surgery, epidural analgesia use 3.History of ischemic heart disease, 4.cerebrovascular disease, impaired liver, or renal functions.
- •5.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.
- •Patient having bradycardia (HR ââ?°Â¤50 beats/minute) and heart block
- •6.Patients with diabetic mellitus.
