- •Healthy, competent men and women aged 18-75 years
- •- omnivorous
- •- BMI 18,5-32 kg/m2
- •- Ability and willingness of study participamts to follow study leaders instruction
- •- written consent after information about study content, procedure and risks
排除标准
- •- allergies regarding study products contents
- •- individuals that follow an alternative diet (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, paleo, food combining)
- •- Intake of medicine that has an influence on calcium- and bone metabolism (diuretics, corticosteroids, anticonvulsants, bisphosphonate)
- •- Intake of calcium or magnesium supplements
- •- diagnosed and treated osteoporosis
- •- Intake of isoflavonoids
- •- hormone replacement therapy 6 months before beginning of the study or during the intervention
- •- severe chronic diseases (diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, liver disease, manifested coronary diseases, cancer, thyroid disease)
- •- individuals with urinary stones or intake of urine acidifying medicine
- •- diagnosed blood coagulation disorder or intake of coagulation-inhibiting medicine
- •- chronic gastrointestinal diseases (colitis ulcerosa, morbus crohn, pancreas insufficiency)
- •- regular intake of laxative medicine
- •- pregnancy or lactation
- •-addiction to alcohol and/or drugs
- •- missing consent or refusal/reset of the consent
- •- participation in another clinical trial at the same time or within the past 30 days
- •- planned surgery within the next 3 months
