- •Inclusion Criteria: Patients candidate for sinus surgery; ASA (American society of anesthesiology) physical class one and two; Patient with ages: 18-50 years old.

- •History of kidney problems; Heart disease; Liver disease; Drug allergy to isoflurane; Lack of patient satisfaction.
