- •1.Refusal to consent
- •2.Acute liver failure, Acute on chronic liver failure
- •3.Allergic to propofol or any component of propofol
- •4.Patients with pre existing cardiac dysfunction and cardiomyopathy
- •5.Patients with pre existing renal dysfunction/ deranged RFTs preoperatively
