入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with stroke with confirmed MRI
- •Anterior Cerebral Artery involvement
- •Brunnstorm stages of recovery 2 to 4
- •MMSE score greater than 25
- •TIS score greater than 5
- •Ability to understand instructions and follow verbal commands
- •Ability to sit for at least 1 minute without any assistance on a stable surface or bed
- •Participants willing to participate
排除标准
- •Presence of previous symptomatic stroke
- •Medically unstable patients
- •Impaired cognitive function
- •Patients with severe sensory disturbance, pain and contracture
- •Patients with visual, perceptual, neglect syndrome
- •Patients with neurological disorders other than stroke (cerebellar disease, Parkinson’s disease)
- •Severe cognitive impairment
- •Recent history of any trauma and fracture
- •Un-cooperative patients
- •Musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, degenerative diseases of the lower limbs affecting motor performance, spinal deformity)
