- •Preoperative maximum monosyllabic score>0% or 4FPTA better or equal to 80dB HL
- •implanted with CI522/CI622
- •preoperative hearing aid experience
- •imaging without pathologic findings
- •postlingual onset of hearing loss
排除标准
- •prelingual deafness
- •mother tongue not German
- •change of rehabilitation center
- •incomplete insertion or tip fold-over
- •severe mental retardation
- •no preoperative hearing aid experience
