入选标准
- •Female of reproductive age group
- •Diagnosed with PCOS.
- •Menstrual irregularities.
- •Ultrasound findings of polycystic ovaries.
- •Clinical evidence of hirsutism and/or acne.
- •Patients/guardians willing to give consent /assent for study.
- •Patients complying with regular follow-up visit.
排除标准
- •Women who have secondary amenorrhoea due to thyroid disorders, anaemia or any uterine pathology.
- •Women with Diabetes mellitus, cushingâ??s disease, hyper-prolectinemia and congenital abnormalities.
- •Women under birth control pill, hormone therapies.
- •Any other chronic disease for which patient is taking any medication.
- •Women who have under gone D&C.
- •Pregnant and breast-feeding women.
- •Women who are not coming regular follow-ups.
